• transfer Balancher's money to the bank card/account specified by Balancher within the period specified in the agreement.

• send the manufactured goods to the customer via postal services, according to the details specified by the customer.

It is prohibited to copy someone else's design from Balanch.net.

*It is prohibited to display a design limited by copyright that you do not own.

*It is prohibited to display designs that are offensive, discriminatory, hostile, or incite violence.

*It is prohibited to exhibit designs of dubious ideological or religious content.

The administration reserves the choice of clients and products.

It is prohibited to conduct sweepstakes and competitions among Balanch.net buyers without the agreement of the administration.

In case of loss or damage to shipments, the Postal Services will bear financial responsibility in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Postal Services” and acts of the Universal Postal Union.

 The Postal Service is exempt from liability for delays in delivery or non-delivery of shipments in case of:

1) road closures due to weather conditions (avalanches, landslides and mudflows), strikes, and cancellation of flights;

2) if the Customer indicated an incomplete or inaccurate address of the recipient of the parcel;

3) if there is no recipient of the Shipments specified by the Customer;

4) if any delays in the delivery of Parcels occurred due to the fault of the Customer.

 The customer is responsible for the identity of the information and address details of the recipient indicated on small packages and the CN 22 customs declaration and CP72 package form.

 The recipient of the Shipment itself pays upon receipt of the parcel customs and other fees provided for by the legislation of the recipient’s country.

The responsibility of the Parties not provided for in this Agreement is determined in accordance with the acts of the Universal Postal Union and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
